Celebrating Community and Tradition at the 9th Annual Turkey Throwdown Breakfast

On Monday, November 25th, Commonwealth Motors and the Daher family had the honor of hosting the 9th Annual Turkey Throwdown Breakfast in Lawrence, a time-honored event that brings together the spirit of competition and community. 🎉🍳

The event featured senior members of the Andover and North Andover High Schools' football teams, cheerleading squads, and marching bands, who gathered for a hearty breakfast and an inspiring talk by Dan Roche from WBZ. This tradition not only fuels the teams for the big game but also fosters camaraderie and friendly rivalry ahead of the highly anticipated Thanksgiving Day showdown.

The Turkey Throwdown trophy, awarded to the winner of the game, adds an exciting competitive edge to the event and serves as a reminder of the pride both teams hold for their communities. 🦃🏈
