I recently financed a minivan at the Volkswagen office where the service was prompt, professional, and up front. I never felt pressured into buying a higher priced vehicle and was surprised at how willing and diligently the staff strove to meet MY needs and not their bottom line. We are on our 4th car now with commonwealth and have been very happy. One negative is their marketing and deals are BS and you can never get a car for the amount they promote but I think that is standard for dealerships. Also there was some miscommunication with our end of lease payoff but they took care of it without any issue so we are happy about that. One of our cars is up next year and we plan on coming back for sure for our next.
